I married Teresa, the Love of my Life 43 years ago. Our Journey together lead me to Real Estate at 40 years old. We have 3 grown children, 4 grandchildren & a collection of Rescue Dogs. I have always been in Retail or people positions. I am a People Person! I thrive on helping others. I was raised in a family business & my parents were tough as they come when it came to ethics & morals.
My mid life change was our family business sold & I had to fend for myself for the 1st time. My wife & I opened our own store & we were doing well. We wanted a lake home but I wouldn’t pay the price. I found an REO & tore it down. I hired a Panelized home builder to frame it for us. I sold 12 homes off my 1st project & my Real Estate career was launched. I went to work for an independent Broker at that point. My second reset came in 2009 with the housing & lending crisis. I bounced around for 10 years when I met another Independent Broker named Dan Hannon in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. I got my Florida Realtor Licence & Joined Hannon Properties in 2022. I Jumped at the opportunity to help grow Hannon Properties of the Emerald Coast.
